Wedding Coordination & Management

A signature full service experience designed to provide a stress-free planning journey for the special couple.  Skip the hours of research and enjoy your engagement while we take care of the rest.

Handoff of all wedding details 60 days before the big day, with support until the end of the wedding

Up to 4 formal planning meetings, including venue walk throughs and rehearsal walk through

Unlimited communication within 60 days leading up to the wedding

Review of vendor contracts and services, including communication and confirmation, acting as primary contact

Customized of customized final planning checklist, detailed timelines and final layout of the ceremony and reception

On-site wedding day management and execution for up to 12 hours

Troubleshooting as needed

Post-wedding wrap up

Staff assistants provided based on the wedding guest count
